Before accepting goods from the carrier, examine and inspect the goods carefully. Should the driver refuse to stay during this inspection, please note this on the bill of lading prior to his leaving. If the shipment arrives damaged, or if the cartons show visible damage, please do the following:

1) Visible carton damages: Note all carton damages on the freight bill or express receipt and make sure that it is signed by the person making the delivery. If possible, inspect the items while the delivery person is there and make further notations concerning the extent of any damages. Inspect all items fully within 15 days of receipt and if further damages are noted, contact customer service immediately.

2) Visible loss damages: Be certain this is noted on the freight bill or express receipt, and signed by the person making the delivery. Contact customer service immediately, regardless of the extent of the damage.

3) Concealed loss or damage: If damage is not noticed until merchandise is unpacked, notify customer service immediately. A concealed damages claim must be filed within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. Be sure to retain the container for inspection, even though the carton may not show outside damage.

All products are warranted for ten (10) years, excluding covering materials, against manufacturing and factory defects. During this period the factory, at their option, will replace, repair, or return the purchase price of any merchandise that, upon our inspection, is deemed to be defective. This constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy to the customer. Damages resulting from freight, claimed or un-claimed, from accident, alteration, tampering, misuse, negligence or abuse voids the warranty. In the event any product has to be returned to the factory for verification of a complaint, it must be shipped prepaid and include written information containing the name of the original purchaser, original invoice number and a copy of the original purchase order. Because of natural variations on materials over which the factory has no control, this warranty is applicable only to those parts actually manufactured by the factory. For purchased parts, we will apply exactly the same warranty that is extended to us by our suppliers. We shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defects.
